Our product development is carried out with a focus on the customer. Throughout the entire process, the development and product departments have close contact with customers, users, service personnel and salespeople. This is all done for the purpose of finding out what the ideal product would look like.
Being on the cutting edge in regard to technical development is naturally important, but understanding the needs of customers is just as important.
Our focus will always be on product development and how we can create the best ergonomics and performance, to make the machines easier to manoeuvre and also to improve the combination diamond tools/machinery.
